HILLSDALE – The Joan Angela D’Alessandro Memorial Foundation, which promotes child protection, gives neglected youth fun experiences and advances victims’ rights issues, is planning its first event of 2012.
On Saturday, March 10, the foundation will hold an evening of fun from 6:30-9:30 p.m. at The Sports Palace, 600 Bradley Parkway in Blauvelt, N.Y., near the Palisades Mall. There will be a variety of children’s and family activities, such as dodge ball, basketball, soccer, whiffle ball, kickball, Glo-Putt Mini Golf, raffles and more.
