Benedictine Academy Announces 2nd Q Honor Roll

ELIZABETH—Benedictine Academy, an all-female Catholic college prep high school in Elizabeth, has released its second quarter honor roll. Forty-seven exemplary students at the Academy were named based on outstanding academic performance. They were honored at a celebratory breakfast held Feb. 7.

Named to first honors at the Academy were: Grade 12- DeAzah Davis of Rahway; Dinh Do of Union; Dannah Laguitan of Woodbridge; and Andrea Mendoza of Union;

Grade 11- Kai Alexander of Irvington; and Julissa Samermo of Elizabeth; Grade 10- Joyce Mendoza of Union; and

Grade 9- Aleah Butler-Jones of Orange; Mary Angeline Palma of Union; Karol Ann Pierre of Vauxhall; Kayla Roque and Marina Santiago, both of Newark; and Stephanie Simoes of Union.

First honors students must maintain a 93 average and above in all subjects.

Second honors students at Benedictine Academy must maintain an 83 average and above in all subjects.
