Clark Police Blotter: Three Arrested On Outstanding Contempt Warrants

All individuals arrested and charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in court.

Feb. 7 at 12:50 p.m. – At the Long Branch Police Department, Officer Christopher Tuccio arrested Long Branch resident Derek Harper, 23, on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.

Feb. 9 at 11:13 a.m. – At the Bergen County Jail, Officer Christopher Tuccio arrested Sicklerville resident Nicholas Roseburgh, 22, on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.

Feb. 11 at 8:24 p.m. – In the vicinity of Valley Road, Officer Christian Lott arrested Rahway resident Talib Amir, 31, on an outstanding warrant from Newark for contempt of court. He was also charged with possession of CDS. After posting bail on the warrant, he was released on his own recognizance pending a court date.
