CLARK—Members of the Clark Planning Board did not vote last night on a developer’s proposal to build 39 townhomes on the site of Miele’s Greenhouse on Lake Avenue.
Instead, the board asked the applicant to submit a revised site plan incorporating its requests over the course of meetings that began last year.
The next meeting will be held on Thursday, March 1, in the cafeteria at the Municipal Building, beginning at 7:30 p.m.
