CLARK—Tonight’s Planning Board meeting could end with a vote on a developer’s proposal to build 39 townhomes on the site of Miele’s Greenhouse on Lake Avenue.
Developer George Sangiuliano outlined the planned project over a series of four meetings that began last year. Tonight, opponents of the project will have a chance to present their objections.
The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. at the auditorium of Arthur L. Johnson High School, 365 Westfield Avenue, Clark.
