Clark 4th Graders Research Potential Future Members NJ Hall Of Fame

January 31, 2012

CLARK — Students in Tara Filippini’s fourth grade class at Valley Road in Clark have begun a research project aimed at trying to nominate the next candidates of the New Jersey Hall of Fame. Each student has chosen someone of importance that was either born in New Jersey, or has lived here for at least five years. The fourth graders are actively searching online resources to help learn more about each person. In the photograph above, fourth grader Ronnie Hoehn and his mother Denise Hoehn work together as a researching team. The students are excited to submit their essays to the state. If chosen, they may have the opportunity to meet their New Jersey Hall of Fame candidate. (Photo courtesy of Clark Public Schools)
