EAST BRUNSWICK — The public is invited to learn the art of scrap booking at Middlesex County 4-H’s “Crop-Til-You-Drop” Scrapbooking Night. This fundraising event takes place on Feb. 3 and 4.
The hours and cost are:
- Friday, 7-11 p.m., $5 per person;
- Saturday 9 a.m. – 10 p.m., $40 for all day session, $25 for half day.
Proceeds will support Middlesex County 4-H, a local youth development program. The event will take place at the 4-H Log Cabin, 645 Cranbury Rd., East Brunswick.
Scrapbooking preserves personal and family history through photographs, printed media, and art. Whether you’ve entertained the idea of starting a scrapbook or are in the midst of one, experts will be on hand for guidance. The event will enable guests to get tips from people skilled at this very popular and crafty method of preserving memories. Bring your photos and scrapbooks and you will have a quiet space to work on your projects, inspiration and ideas from fellow scrapbookers, and refreshments. Attendees should bring a scrapbook to fill. Lunch and/or dinner are included for the Saturday session.
