Union County Democratic Committee Kicks Off Obama 2012 Campaign

MOUNTAINSIDE–Union County Democratic Committee members kicked off President Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign recently at L’Affaire in Mountainside with speeches from Union County Democratic Committee Chairman Charlotte DeFilippo, Assemblyman Gerald Green, and a special keynote speech from Newark Councilman Ron Rice Jr.

Coordinators for the 2012 countywide effort to re-elect Obama were appointed, and a presentation was made by the New Jersey State Democratic Committee regarding the national Democratic party delegate selection process.
