Clark Police Blotter: Officers Arrest Burglary Suspect

Jan. 16 at 5:09 p.m. – Officer Brian Renda investigated a report of criminal mischief at 196 Westfield Avenue.

Jan. 18 at 2:10 p.m. – In the vicinity of Victoria Drive, Officer Antonio Manata arrested Clark resident Ian O’Keeffe, 23, and charged him with burglary and theft. Bail was set at $100,000, and he was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.

Jan. 19 at 9:47 a.m. – In the vicinity of Willow Way and Lake Avenue, Officer Antonio Manata arrested Westfield resident Edward Carter, 38, on outstanding warrants from Livingston, Newark, North Plainfield and the Union County Sheriff’s Department for contempt of court. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.

Jan. 19 at 10:42 a.m. – Officer Keith Meehan investigated a report of criminal mischief at 76 Central Avenue.
