Business Partnership To Offer Workshop On Value Of Social Media In Business

BRIDGEWATER – The Somerset County Business Partnership will present “Ten Reasons Why You Need to Use Social Media for Your Business,” a workshop focusing on Internet-related communication for businesses, on Tuesday, Jan. 24, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. The session will take place in the main conference room at the Somerset County Business Partnership, 360 Grove Street at Route 22 east, Bridgewater.

The workshop is offered by the Business Partnership Technology Special Interest Group and will provide an overview of social media options available to businesses and a review of the techniques necessary to maximize the benefit of these opportunities for direct communication to current and prospective clients.

Presenter will be Sarah Cirelli, Senior Marketing Coordinator, Interactive Marketing for WithumSmith+Brown PC.

“The value of social media should not be underestimated,” said Bill Blum, chair of the Business Partnership Technology Special Interest Group. “The availability of a means for direct communication to targeted prospects and customers is something that should be utilized by businesses of all sizes.”
