EDISON – Kessler Rehabilitation Center, in conjunction with The Wardlaw-Hartridge School, will present a free seminar on Repetitive Sports Injuries and Benefits of Cross Training on Thursday, Jan. 26 at 7:00 p.m. at the school, located at 1295 Inman Avenue in Edison. Onsite registration begins at 6:45 p.m.
Kessler physical therapists will discuss the risks and prevention of injuries associated with year-round participation in sports and offer cross-training strategies. The seminar is open to all parents, coaches and student-athletes in the community.
“We are proud to host this important community event to help student-athletes, as well as their parents and coaches, understand the risk of repetitive sports injuries and how to prevent them through proper cross training,” said Ryan Oliveira, the school’s athletic trainer.
