Clark Police Blotter: Officers Arrest Shoplifting Suspects

All persons who are arrested and charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Dec. 3 at 2:12 p.m. – Officer Oliveira investigated a report of criminal mischief to a Union Street residence.

Dec. 3 at 5:43 p.m. – At 77 Central Avenue, Officers Daniel Joy and Christopher Tuccio arrested Plainfield residents James Hunter, 41, Camilla Mishoe, 29, and Jeffrey Gordon, 44, for allegedly shoplifting merchandise valued at $1,620.32 from the Marshall’s Department Store. All three persons were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates.
