ROSELLE PARK–Poet and artist Leona M Seufert will present a free workshop on “The Gift of Words” on Monday, Nov. 14, from 6:30 –7:30 p.m. at the Roselle Park Veterans Memorial Library, 404 Chestnut Street.

Gift selection can become the major stress of the season. Do you spend hours looking for that special gift but nothing fits the bill? Why not try something new: Give the gift of words! This workshop will show you how words can be used to create unique gifts.

Seufert will show you how to create personalized gifts that range from the usually thought of way to use words, such as writing a poem, to executing some novel ideas such as writing endearing phrases on a gift box.

Seufert, a 25-year resident of Roselle Park, has read her poems at the annual 9/11 memorial service, and has given writing workshops and readings at the Roselle Park Library and Casano Community Center and other venues throughout the Metropolitan area. She has published two poetry chapbooks. You can contact her at Beyond-Words@att.net
