Vladimir Jurowski Leads The London Philharmonic Orchestra In His NJPAC Debut

NEWARK – Vladimir Jurowski, the young, Russian-born star conductor, makes his NJPAC Prudential Hall debut when he brings the internationally acclaimed London Philharmonic Orchestra to perform Beethoven’s final piano concerto, Piano Concerto No. 5 (“Emperor”), and Brahms’ Symphony No. 4 to Newark on Friday, Dec. 9, at 8 p.m. Pianist Emanuel Ax joins the orchestra for the Beethoven concerto. The performance is part of NJPAC’s Bank of America Classical Series.
