RAHWAY — The Epilepsy Foundation of NJ recently visited Franklin Elementary School in Rahway. Students in kindergarten through third grade were invited to the auditorium for the ‘Heads up for Safety’ helmet safety program. The purpose of the presentation was to educate children on the importance of wearing your helmet and wearing it correctly.
