RAHWAY — This year, Rahway’s elementary students will be scoring “Reading Homeruns” for their superintendent, Edward Yergalonis. Each book that they read counts as a “homer”. Franklin Elementary School has pledged 22,000 runs. Each month will be considered an inning and totals will be posted at the end of the month.
