TRENTON – Tonight’s Powerball jackpot is worth up to $245 million.
One lucky New Jersey Lottery player won the Powerball second prize of $200,000 for the Saturday, Oct. 29 drawing, but no one matched all five numbers and the Powerball. The $200,000 ticket was purchased at the Aiwa Food Store in Lyndhurst.
“Congratulations to Aiwa Food Store,” said the Lottery’s Executive Director Carole Hedinger. “They have become one more of the Lottery’s most recent ‘lucky locations’ overnight. For selling this ticket, Aiwa Food Store will receive a bonus check for $500. ”
In addition to the $200,000 winning prize, 84,334 other New Jersey players took home an estimated $378,191 in prizes ranging from $3 to $10,000, according to Hedinger.
The winning numbers for the Saturday, Oct. 29 drawing were: 11, 16, 40, 51, and 56 and the Red Power Ball number was 38. The Power Play number was 05.
Tonight’s 11 p.m. drawing will be shown live on the New Jersey Lottery’s website, NJLottery.net .
