CRANFORD – The Cranford Chamber of Commerce is seeking sponsors to help fund holiday events that have become township traditions.
On Nov. 23, the chamber plans to provide a petting zoo, moonwalk and pony rides for the younger children. These events would be followed by the Holiday Tree Lighting and Santa’s arrival, which would be held at Gazebo Park, located at Springfield and North Union avenues. Also, the chamber would like to continue a very popular event, Santa’s Mailbox, located at the Post Office on Miln Street.
Call the chamber office at 1-908-272-6114 for more information about becoming a sponsor.
The chamber thanked Weaver Associates Printing and Needle Point Homes, as well as others who helped out after its office on the bottom floor of the Cranford Municipal Building was destroyed during Hurricane Irene.
