New Jersey Resident Wins Big In Peanuts Sweepstakes

NEW YORK, N.Y. — R. Paris of Raritan was named one of five winners in the first round of the Happiness In NYC Sweepstakes, sponsored by Peanut Butter & Co.and Delta Vacations. Paris’ prize pack includes over $400 worth of Peanut Butter & Co. products, Peanuts DVDs and assorted Peanuts merchandise.

The Happiness in NYC Sweepstakes was created to celebrate the release of the first official Peanuts animated features since the passing of Peanuts creator Charles Schulz. The three segments of the sweepstakes coincide with the release of three Peanuts DVDs: Happiness is a Warm Blanket, Charlie Brown, Happiness is…Peanuts™: Snoopy’s Adventure and Happiness is…Peanuts™: Snow Days. The first segment of the sweepstakes concluded on May 16, and the second segment concluded on Sept. 19. The final segment concludes on Nov. 30.

Five winners are chosen from each segment and out of the 15 winners one grand prize winner will be selected to win a deluxe trip for four to experience “Happiness in New York City.” The vacation package includes round trip airfare and hotel accommodations for four from Delta Vacations, lunch at the Peanut Butter & Co. Sandwich Shop and prizes from various donors including The Empire State Building Observatory, the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, Madame Tussauds New York, Gray Line New York, Patsy’s Italian Restaurant, Planet Hollywood Times Square, FAO Schwarz and the Off-Broadway show Stomp.
