Former Perth Amboy Catholic Student Recognized In Art Contest

PERTH AMBOY – A June 2011 graduate of Perth Amboy Catholic School had her artwork selected from thousands of drawings entered into a national contest as an honorable mention.

Kerry Dyke’s entry in the Cray-Pas Colorful World Contest will be included in an ongoing International Youth Art Exchange throughout the world through the World Awareness Children’s Museum.

Dyke’s artwork was submitted in February by her art teacher, Rose Lavin Pennyfeather. Dyke is now a freshman at Mount St. Mary’s High School.
