Americans for Prosperity Foundation To Talk About “Courts Gone Wild”

RAHWAY – Americans for Prosperity Foundation, an advocacy group promoting economic freedom and free market economies, will hold a seminar in Rahway tonight to discuss the financial impact of judicial rulings.

According to the foundation, the “Courts Gone Wild” seminar will examine how decades of activist Supreme Court rulings have contributed to New Jersey’s economic decline, resulted in soaring state debt, and encumbered citizens with the worst tax burden in the entire nation. Presentations will be made by state director Steve Lonegan as well as guest speaker, State Sen. Mike Doherty (R-23).

The seminar will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 18 at 7:30 p.m. at the Rahway American Legion located at 581 Maple Avenue.
