RAHWAY — Rahway High School held its 14th annual College & Career Fair on Tuesday, Oct. 11 in the school gymnasium. Nearly 100 institutions participated. Included were colleges such as Union County, Westminster, and Manhattan, universities like Princeton, Drexel, Virginia Commonwealth, Kean, and University of Massachusetts, other post-secondary educational options like Lincoln Technical Institute, and employers like the Rahway Fire Department.

College representatives were pleased by the number of freshmen and sophomores that participated along with the usual juniors, seniors, and parents. Representatives commented on the good questions students asked. One college representative gave this feedback: “Students were polite and had the best manners of any fair I have attended. You should be congratulated.”
