WATCHUNG – Mount Saint Mary Academy in Watchung will hold its annual open house on Sunday, Oct. 23 from 1 to 4:30 p.m. All sixth, seventh, and eighth grade girls and their families are invited to attend. Formal presentations will take place at 1:30 and 3 p.m.
Attendees will take guided tours through the school’s campus; meet with faculty, administration, and students; and receive information regarding the school’s academic, athletic, and extra-curricular offerings. The Mount’s 80-acre, fully wired campus includes high tech science labs, a state-of-the-art library-media center, and a new track and field complex.
The Mount’s students come from eight counties in 80 different New Jersey communities. One hundred percent of Mount students are accepted into college and in 2011, graduates attended schools including Brown University, Duke University, Harvard University, and Georgetown University.
Registration is now open for the Mount’s entrance exam scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 5.
