NEW BRUNSWICK – The Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex Vicinage will present a divorce procedures workshop on Tuesday, Oct. 18 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Family Courthouse, first floor, 120 New Street, New Brunswick.
The workshop will provide participants with information on the divorce complaint process, litigants’ rights, courtroom procedures, the process for filing requests for child support and alimony, the process for filing motions and the Custody and Economic Mediation Program.
Panelists for the workshop include Superior Court Family Presiding Judge Deborah J. Venezia; Chris Pusarik of the Custody and Economic Mediation Program; Charlene Cumberbatch of the child support unit; court Librarian Betty Agin, Ombudsman Luis Hernandez, Russ Gale of New Jersey Legal Services and matrimonial attorney Ellen Schwartz.

Because this is an informational workshop, no individual cases can be discussed or resolved.
