Linden Resident Cast In Community Theatre Production Of “Dirty Rotten Scoundrels”

MAPLEWOOD — Linden resident Robert Pape has been cast in The Strollers production of “Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.” The musical tells the story of two con-men, one suave and sophisticated, one crude and uncultured – who prey on wealthy tourists and compete for the right to operate exclusively in the resort town of Beaumont-sur-Mer on the French Riviera.

“Dirty Rotten Scoundrels,” with music and lyrics by David Yazbeck and book by Jeffrey Lane, runs Fridays and Saturdays, Nov. 4, 5, 11, 12, 18 and 19 at 8 p.m. and Sundays Nov. 6 and 13 at 2 p.m. at the Burgdorff Center for the Performing Arts, 10 Durand Road, Maplewood.
