Chestnut Street Community Church is soaking in the arts this coming month, as they present two nights of creative endeavor…

First off, on Oct. 15, between the hours of 2-4 p.m., Haitian-born children’s author Antoinette Gelin will be signing and reading from her latest book, “Captain Underfish: Superhero For The Underworld”, along with, yours truly, New York born rocky-o, who will also be reading and signing from his three books, “signature blend”, “grind central station” and “coffee stained world”…

There will also be a ‘sneak peak’ at what’s in store on the night of Nov. 5, when the CSCC Dance Ministry hosts a beautiful night of creative expression, with their “Thunder In The Desert” themed ‘Expression Of The Arts’ evening…

There will be writers, dancers, musicians, singers and more, all expressing their refreshing giftings…

Emily Snow and Billy Sainvil will be hosting the event, which begins at 5:30 p.m., and will feature Carolyn Whittaker, Kim Bunn, the CSCC Dance Ministry, and a plethora of other performers…

Tickets for this event are only $10 and can be purchased at the door, the night of the show, at Chestnut Street Community Church, 303 Chestnut Street, (at the corner of Chestnut and 3rd), in Roselle…The proceeds will go to benefit the CSCC Dance Ministry…
