SOUTH AMBOY — Dunk some of the well-known personalities of South Amboy and help Dowdell Library at the same time. A dunking booth featuring former South Amboy Mayor John O’Leary and City Councilman Mickey Gross, among others, will be part of the Arts Festival and Street Fair held on Sunday, Sept. 25 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Broadway, South Amboy.

The booth made possible thanks to a donation from state Assemblyman John Wisniewski. It is sponsored by the Dowdell Library Foundation, and all funds raised will be donated to the Sadie Pope Dowdell Public Library of South Amboy.
