PERTH AMBOY – On Sunday, city officials dedicated a monument to two residents who lost their lives in the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks against America as the community marked the 10th anniversary of 9/11.

In addition to the dedication of the monument to Isaias Rivera and Richard Rodriguez, there was a memorial Mass led by John Gordon, commanding officer of the Perth Amboy Police Department Chaplain Corps., with the participation of several local houses of worship.
