Cathedral International To Hold 9/11 Memorial

PERTH AMBOY – Cathedral International will host a sacred memorial service remembering Sept. 11, 2001, the day the United States was attacked and innocent victims died at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and over Shanksville, Pa.

The service will be conducted at 5 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 11, at Cathedral International, 277 Madison Avenue, Perth Amboy.


“Nearly 3,000 lives were lost in that senseless act of evil,” said Bishop Donald Hilliard, Jr., senior pastor at Cathedral International. “We pause to join with families and friends who lost loved ones, and to honor the many heroes who sacrificed their lives helping others.”

Church member Rudy Bacchus, a member of the New York Stock Exchange, was a 9/11 victim in the World Trade Center.
