When was the last time we had such a tremendous downpouring of rain? I know it’s beyond me, but my biggest concern was the possible flooding in my cellar. “Thank the good Lord” it didn’t happen.
Are people keeping track of their water and electric charges, as I suggested a short while ago? I may sound like a broken record at times, but I do mean it for the benefit of people because we become lax in many instances. If you’re keeping an eye on the economic situation, you know what I mean.
Has anyone noticed the Bamboozle articles in the Ledger? A recent one was about a P.S. customer and the unbelievable bill for service because of skipped meter readings. Of course, it’s what I wrote about that had happened to me, but it was definitely resolved and I benefited. Sad to say, the above mentioned seems to be a little more severe and just a little more involved.
Another point I would like to make: review and check any insurance policy you may have. My son, at this point, is making payments on a supposed loan that he has no knowledge of. It would seem the company had been sold, but someone else’s name was recorded on his policy. He is trying to track things back with no success; everything is in Limbo and going nowhere.
How does anyone get through to those involved? Is it a cover-up or a conspiracy because of a particular person? It’s definitely time to get it all together and get back to the company, and if it means someone going to jail, then so be it. We don’t need those horrendous cases like Madoff and bank failures, so I would say for those involved, “Let your conscience be your guide.”
