Pro Wrestling Stars To Appear In Little League Benefit

CARTERET — After a hugely successful show in February, the Carteret Little League will once again team up for a pro wrestling fundraiser with National Pro Wrestling Superstars. The event will be held at Carteret’s Divine Mercy/Holy Family Parish Hall, 213 Pershing Avenue, just off Washington and Roosevelt avenues, on Saturday, July 30, at 7:35 p.m.

NWS presents a night dedicated to tag-team wrestling, topped off by a main event match featuring legendary former WWE Tag-Team Champion and Hall-of-Famer Nikolai Volkoff, teaming up for the first time ever with the former ECW Zombie, to face international star Danny Inferno and Carteret bad boy Steve “Monsta” Mack.


The NWS tag-team champions, Union’s own Jersey Shore Jocks (Mike Dennis and Chris D’Andrea), will defend their titles against yet-to-be-announced opponents. They will be joined by standout teams such as Hot And Dangerous (“Too Hot” Steve Scott and Nick Talent), Team Thunder Horse (Indian Chief Draven and “The Warrior” Jack Spade), “The Love Machine” Nicky Oceans & Damian Darling, Corvis Fear and “Mr. Entertainment” J.D. Smooth, Los Luchadors (Manuel Manny Moore and Paco Libro), “Corrupted” Corey Havoc and Chris Steeler, and much more.

Tickets are only $19 for adults and $17 for kids and seniors, and are available at the following local outlets:
