MIDDLESEX COUNTY – The Middlesex County Fair is accepting entries in the Home Arts Contest. There are 14 divisions, including vegetables, fruit, flowers, baked goods, canning, quilts, needlework, knitting and crocheting, handwork, sewing, crafts, art, woodworking and photography, separated by age bracket.
In addition to the coveted first place blue ribbon, second, third, honorable mention and Best of Show ribbons are also awarded. Every entry is placed on display in the Home Arts building for the entire fair. You do not have to live in Middlesex County to enter.

You may pre-register or simply bring your items to the fairgrounds at 655 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick on July 31 between 1 and 5 p.m.
The Middlesex County Fair runs from Monday, Aug. 1 through Sunday, Aug. 7. There are 4-H displays, animals, fireworks, free entertainment, rides, food and vendors.
