CLARK — Clark Recreation recently installed a plaque at its teen center recognizing former Clark Teen Center Director Chris Monaco for many years of dedicated service to the youth of Clark. Monaco succumbed to cancer in March at the age of 45. “He played an essential part in the success of the teen center as we know it today,” said Clark Recreation Director Ralph Bernardo. In addition to his job as Clark’s Teen Center director, Monaco was employed full-time with the Youth Detention Center in Union County.
