ELIZABETH — Brand New Day, Inc., will join forces with Union County Foreclosure Task Force, the State of New Jersey Housing & Mortgage Finance Agency (HMFA), Faith, Brick & Mortar, Inc., and Urban League of Union County to host a Union County Housing Fair.
The fair will take place on Saturday, July 23, at Union County College, Elizabeth I Kellogg Building, 40 West Jersey Street, 5th floor, in Elizabeth from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event is for individuals and families who find themselves in need of information, resources and support concerning all aspects of the housing crisis.
Whether it’s foreclosure intervention/prevention, reverse mortgage, tenant rights, credit counseling, homelessness, utility assistance, obtaining low income housing, or first time home buyer education, and assistance, fair organizers promise to bring help, healing and hope to those who are struggling with where to go and who to see.
