FT. MYERS, Fla. – Marc Taglieri, who has spent the last eight years as the athletics director at Cranford High School, will be the new athletic director at the Canterbury School in Ft. Myers, Fla.
“In time, I would like for Canterbury to be one of the most respected athletic programs in the state,” Taglieri said. “I believe that participation in athletics is an important part of the education process. A graduate of the University of Virginia, Taglieri holds a both a master of teaching and a bachelor of education degree from the institution. He also has a master of administration and supervision degree from New Jersey City University.
In addition to his administrative duties at Cranford High School, Taglieri coached baseball football and basketball. He was also a member of the Cranford Police Athletic League.
