Benida C. Tricoli (nee Corio), 89, of Berkeley Heights, died on Saturday, June 25, at the Berkeley Meadows Care Center, Berkeley Heights.
Born in Jersey City to Louis and Christine Corio, Mrs. Tricoli resided in Clark for 20 years Westfield for 2 years and most recently Berkeley Heights. Mrs. Tricoli worked as a salesperson for the Schultz Department Store of Jersey City for over 20 years. She was a member of the Senior Citizens of Clark.
Mrs. Tricoli was the beloved wife for 25 years of the late Nicholas Tricoli (1970), loving mother of Frank Tricoli and his partner Harriet Marrone, Rosechristine Tricoli and her partner Mary Ryan, and Theresa and her husband Charles Tyminski.
Mrs. Tricoli was also the devoted sister of Theresa Kruse, Angelo Corio and his wife Urs and the late Martin and Peggy Corio. Treasured grandmother of Nicole and her husband Scott Giles and Jessica Tyminski and her fiance Garrett Ritz. Cherished aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Tuesday, June 28, at 8:45 am, from the Krowicki Gorny Memorial Home 211 Westfield Avenue, thence to St. Agnes R.C. Church, Clark, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:45 a.m. Interment will be at Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City.
