Area Residents Receive Degrees at Rider Commencement

LAWRENCEVILLE — Rider University celebrated its 146th Commencement with more than 1,600 undergraduate degrees and graduate degrees awarded.

Area degree recipients include:

  • Fanny Caba, from Rahway, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
  • Katherine Davey, from Clark, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.
  • Tyshon Tucker, from Elizabeth, received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Accounting.

With campuses in Lawrenceville and Princeton, New Jersey, Rider is an independent, residential university with nearly 6,000 students — undergraduate, graduate and non-traditional adult learners. Rider offers more than 60 undergraduate programs in fine and performing arts, humanities, sciences, social sciences, education and business, as well as 21 graduate programs principally in business, education and music.
