CLARK –The Clark Public Library is hosting many free programs and special events for children, teens and adults this summer in conjunction with the One World, Many Stories summer reading program.
The library hopes to entice everyone to keep reading all summer long! Pre-schoolers, school-age children, teens and adults can sign up for their own summer reading program. The reading program is a fun way to enable children and teens to maintain their reading skills during the summer. Kids and teens will earn prizes for their accomplishments. Prize drawings will also be held for all participants. Registration for these programs is ongoing and takes place at the library.
Additionally, a wide variety of programs are offered this summer. Story hours, crafts, cultural events and movies are just a small sampling of activities available for children. Teens may enjoy yoga, origami, candy making and anime movies. Computer classes for adults will be offered during the summer as well as free movies, featuring newly released DVDs each Tuesday evening at 6:30 p.m.
Because of limited space, registration is required for most programs. For complete details and registration information about events at the Clark Public Library, stop by, see the library’s online calendar at www.clarklibrary.org or call 1-732-388-5999.
