Provident To Celebrate Re-Opening Of South River Branch

SOUTH RIVER – The Provident Bank will celebrate the grand re-opening of its newly-renovated South River branch on Saturday, June 18 at 9 a.m. at 6 Jackson Street in South River. The public is invited to join in the celebration. A ribbon-cutting will take place at 9 a.m. and the re-opening festivities will continue through 2 p.m.

“We’re excited about the opportunity to offer increased convenience to our current customers and establish new relationships with area residents and businesses,” said Provident President and CEO Chris Martin. “We look forward to celebrating a fun-filled day with our neighbors and continuing to serve our customers at our new-and-improved branch.”

The celebration will feature a pig roast, and other free refreshments, music and activities for children. There is also a special sweepstakes for a chance to win a $2,500 travel voucher – entries will be accepted at the South River branch location through July 30. In addition, visitors can try their luck at Provident’s Instant Cash Rewards Game with a top prize of $500.
