Comic books…ya’ gotta love ‘em…
In fact, the way things are going, they say that comic books will probably outlast newspapers…(I’m sure they weren’t referring to NJTODAY.NET)… but I digress…
Anyway…if you are a comic book fan like I am (or junkie, or crazed collector, etc. and so forth), then you won’t want to miss a new documentary that explores the wonderful world of DC Comics, entitled “Secret Origin”…
Now, the excitement over anything ‘super-hero’ right now is no surprise…The movies have been building up to blockbuster status, with Batman taking over the night, Iron Man making a ‘dent’ in celluloid history, and Spiderman ready for a reboot, as well as this summer’s selections of such “second-tier” titles as “Thor”, “Captain America”, and “Green Lantern”…
And tv tried to pull an amazon out of their hats with a series reboot of “Wonder Woman”, but once fans got a look at her ‘crime-fighting’ outfit, it was all over but the shouting. (They gave her pants! Wonder Woman should never wear pants!)
But you will find out some amazing facts about Wonder Woman, as well as all your other favorite (as well as obscure) super heroes in this one not-so-obscure documentary…
