EDISON — The MadJazz singers perform at the second annual Cookin’ Cabaret music extravaganza, which thrilled a jam-packed audience at the Wardlaw-Hartridge School in Edison on May 24. The event was moved indoors due to the threat of heavy thunderstorms. While the weather held up enough for hot dogs and hamburgers to be grilled outdoors, the talented vocalists, musicians and dancers from the Upper School took their acts indoors and put on quite a show. Under the direction of music teachers Sharon Byrne, Jane Brown and Shannon Caldwell, there were 28 acts including piano players, vocalists, guitar players, dancers and a musical piece arranged by junior Milika Griffiths of Edison.
