Springfield Library Begins New Lunchtime Film Series

SPRINGFIELD — The Springfield Free Public Library will begin a new lunchtime film series, “Film Noir: A Collection Of Classics From The Post-War Era,” on Wednesday, June 1, at noon. The second film in the six-film series will be shown on Monday, June 13 and the series will then continue every other Monday through Aug. 8.

Admission is free. Patrons can bring a brown bag lunch to the program. Coffee and cookies will be served at 11:30 am. Assistive listening devices are available upon request.
