Mini-Golf For A Big Cause

CLARK – Family and friends of Clark’s Boy Scout Troop 145 invite the public to join them for a mini-golf and picnic fundraiser to be held Thursday, June 9, at Hyatt Hills Golf Complex in Clark. The fundraiser will be held from 5 until 9 p.m. and will include 18 holes of miniature golf and a picnic with great food and beverages.

Guests have the option to participate in both the golf and picnic ($15 per person), golf only ($7 per person) or picnic only ($8 per person). Friends are also welcome to sponsor a miniature golf hole for $10 and put their family name on the hole sponsorship sign.


The Boy Scouts of America is one of the nation’s largest and most prominent values-based youth development organizations. The BSA provides a program for young people that builds character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and develops personal fitness.

Troop 145 of Clark has completed numerous community service activities throughout Clark including beautification of grounds, assisting in school projects, Rahway River Clean-up, raising funds for various causes such as cancer, homelessness, hunger, etc. Proceeds from this event benefit Troop 145 and help defray some costs associated with these worthy causes and various other learning opportunities the boys attend.
