CRANFORD—Enjoy the jazz stylings of Les Jumelles on Wednesday, April 27, at 7 p.m. in the Cranford Community Center, 220 Walnut Avenue, courtesy of the Friends of the Cranford Library.

Les Jumelles is a quartet featuring Sarah Jane Cion on piano and Audrey Welber-Lafferty on saxophone and clarinet. Cion has appeared on the nationally syndicated NPR radio show, “Piano Jazz,” with Marian McPartland, and has performed with Clark Terry, Etta Jones, Anita O’Day and Bucky Pizzarelli. Welber-Lafferty performs with a number of bands in the tri-state area, including the Jazz Lobsters, the Klez Dispensers, the Metropolitan Gospel Big Band, SIII and the Truth, and Swingadelic.
