Stars Shone At Rahway Talent Show

RAHWAY – Future stars shone brightly at the annual talent show presented by the Rahway Recreation Department on Friday, April 15, at the Union County Performing Arts Center.

The talent competition was divided into three age groups: youth, teen and adult.

Eboni Duncan of Rahway and DeAndre Phillips of East Orange won in the youth category. Amiya Neal of Rahway, Kiri Skibniewski of Old Bridge and Cheyenne Rodriguez of Old Bridge were also named finalists.

Party People, a dance group from Rahway, took the top spot in the teen category. Morrisa Schwartz of Colonia was the runner up. Anssounmane Kande of East Orange, Lauren Lubrano of Rahway, and Maritza Polynice of Rahway were also named finalists.

Christopher Jago of Colonia

Christopher Jago of Colonia won the adult category, with the band Goodbye Friday from Hopatchong taking the runner up spot. The other finalists were Wilder Domond of Linden and The 45’s Band from Westfield.
