Springfield Library Presents The International Songbook

SPRINGFIELD — On Sunday, April 10, at 2 p.m., the Springfield Free Public Library will offer a tour of international songs from many of the countries around the world.  They will be performed in English and in their original languages.

In addition to American songs, there is music from Ireland, Mexico, France, Russia, Germany, India, Italy and even the lower East Side of New York.  Mary Ryzuk, who previously appeared at the library as Ethel Merman, will be the featured performer.
