Wednesday Seniors To Host Brighton Beach Cabaret Trip

CLARK — The Wednesday Senior Citizens Club of Clark is sponsoring a trip to enjoy the Brighton Beach Cabaret, an authentic Russian-style nightclub show, at the Royal Manor in Garfield on Wednesday, May 25.  The club invites members and non-members to sign up for the trip.

As a part of the day’s festivities, a four-course family-style lunch will be served that includes salad, soup, meat and vegetable choices, dessert, coffee or tea, water and soda on the table, and complimentary cocktails.  There will be dancing to an outstanding band, with a dance host to partner the ladies, and a lively and entertaining stage show.

The cost per person is $70, which includes tax, gratuity and round-trip bus transportation.  The bus will leave at 10:00 am from The Polish Cultural Foundation located at 177 Broadway, Clark.  For reservations, contact George Geiger at 1-732-382-0639.

The club is also seeking new members.  It meets every Wednesday, September through June, at the Polish Cultural Foundation from approximately 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.   The club welcomes guests on any Wednesday to meet the members, enjoy the activities and learn about the club.  For membership information, contact Dot at 1-732-381-8526.
