CLARK — After two district competitions of the New Jersey Science League, the teams representing Mother Seton Regional High School of Clark took first and second place honors. Mother Seton’s Physics, Chem I and Chem II teams all captured first place and the Biology team was in second place.
High scorers for the Physics team are Victoria Albright, Bloomfield and Patricia Guiao, North Plainfield. Chem I high scorers are Zina Sockwell, Newark and Jessica Leszczyk, Fords and Chem II high scorers are Maria Chua, Edison and Emily Lubas, Linden. The Biology team high scorers are Christelle Chua, Edison and Erin Alexander, Linden.
The Physics team is coached by Katherine Sullivan, the Chem teams are coached by Vicky Walker and the Biology team is coached by Doris Vaiana. All three are members of the science department at Mother Seton.
