Ways To Report Potholes

STATE — New Jersey residents can report potholes or any other road maintenance issues by visiting the Department of Transportation’s website, www.nj.gov/transportation.

Click on the large “Highway Maintenance Reporting” logo on the right side of the screen.  A form will appear you can log a detailed complaint of how the New Jersey Department of Transportation can help. If you prefer to speak to a representative call 1-800-POTHOLE (768-4653).

The New Jersey Department of Transportation will review residents’ concerns, with safety as their main priority.

There is also a Middlesex County Pothole Hotline at 1-732-940-3800 and a Union County Pothole Hotline at 1-908-789-3660.
