United Way Receives $53K Grant

ELIZABETH –Last week, representatives from Wells Fargo presented a $53,765 grant check to the United Way of Greater Union County.

“Wells Fargo is dedicated to making our communities better places to live and work,” said Ivon Creagh, district manager and vice president of the Metro Union Market for Wells Fargo. “By focusing on family strengthening, health, income and education, United Way of Greater Union County is helping the people of this area develop the building blocks for a better life.”

“Corporate partners such Wells Fargo provides us with resources which allow us to do our work,” said James W. Horne, Jr., the president and CEO of United Way of Greater Union County. “It is heartening to Wells Fargo celebrate its brand introduction in our area by making such a major commitment to Union County. We are looking forward to working with them for a long time.”
